A strong music tradition
St. Thomas has a tradition of a strong music program
which includes all ages. The Celebration Choir sings
traditional and contemporary pieces once a month. Our
Sunday School children also sing in worship throughout the
year.
Our three octave handbell choir and another smaller
handbell choir both perform monthly. We also have a
children's tone-chime choir, The Sonshine Ringers. Under
the direction of Kari Konneman, this group plays in worship
during various times of the year.
During our worship, we use the organ, piano and electric
keyboard for accompaniment. We strongly encourage our
youth who may be taking band, orchestra or voice lessons
at school to give of their talents for the glory of the Lord in
worship.
At St. Thomas we truly "Make a joyful noise unto the Lord."
